Economic Development
Economic Development: Build intentional relationships to grow underrepresented businesses
We are committed to the development, utilization, and overall growth of our diverse trade partners, including minority, women, veteran, and disadvantaged business enterprises. Our project sites should reflect our communities and we make every effort to provide equal opportunities and a fair process for all.
Workforce Development: Creating life-changing opportunities in our industry
Diversify the construction industry workforce and create lasting change for individuals in the community through training, upskilling, and career opportunity. We use a skills-based curriculum that introduces candidates to the industry with hands-on jobsite placement.
Future Builders: Inspiring future generations through engagement
Inspire the next generation of engineers, architects, and skilled craft professionals to pursue careers in the construction industry. Our K-12 programs bring construction education into schools across Quebec and Ontario.
Community Engagement: Serving with passion and care
Engage communities and organizations while providing our people the opportunity to support the causes they feel passionate about. Our teams partner with non-profits across the country to make measurable impact through the giving of time, talents, and donations.
Construction Management Training: Training, educating, and co-learning to assist diverse businesses to better position themselves
Our training program provides small and diverse business enterprises the opportunity to form long-term relationships, create networks, and learn how to position their companies to win work. Today, the program is offered annually across all N.Sani operations. Interested small and diverse-certified construction services firms are encouraged to connect with our team for application information.
Growing a Diverse Workforce
A diverse workforce ensures the success of our industry, our company, and our communities. Central to our approach is creating life-changing opportunities for members of the community to embark on a professional journey in our industry.
We collaborate with community organizations and educational institutions to provide job training that leads to industry employment. Participants receive hands-on placement, learn both technical and soft skills, and upon graduation, build a career in construction.
